Having gone to market late in 2017, Knox City Council went through an extensive tender evaluation process prior to announcing Harbour Software as their preferred supplier.

Knox City Council is located approximately 25 kilometres from Melbourne’s Central Business District and is a ‘major hub of cultural, commercial, business and innovative activity in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.  With an estimated population of 157,000 residents the area boasts a green, leafy environment extending to the foothills of the picturesque Dandenong Ranges’.
